I have never experienced such bad customer service like I did at this place. We waited for 45 min for our pedicures. It wouldn't have bothered me if we would of received great customer service. But when we asked if we could get a full set and manicure, Lisa and her coworker sat in front of us complaining. They rushed through our pedicures. I don't believe I got my $30 worth. At this point my daughter told Lisa she didn't want her full set she became even more rude. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
To the Manager - I'm a professional who always offers great customer service to my customers. I ask that you please train your employees to have Respect for their customers. Although you speak a different language facial expressions say it all.
