  • The sales manager is the worst. And he micromanages all of the sales people so that they are an appendage to his terrible sales tactics. The first salesman told me he had never seen a zero dollar initiation fee when literally it happens to or three times a year then when the manager came up he said that prices have only been going up in the gym industry which is totally bogus when you consider companies like planet fitness and EOS fitness and so many other $9.99 per month gyms. I mean do they think their customers are that ignorant? It was insulting. And then when I did get an online offer that was a zero dollar initiation fee for the same monthly rates The manager came up to me when I walked into the gym and said "have you decided to join?" And I said no I already joined and got an offer online for a zero dollar initiation fee and he said "oh yeah well that's not as good as the offer I gave you" when his offer was the same monthly payments but a $200 initiation fee! I straight up told them in person that I will not pay an initiation fee there's no way they can get me to do it. Seriously the most ridiculous human being. I don't plan on staying for long just because they're ridiculous.
