  • Got a groupon for this place for a highlight/hair cut package. My first clue should of been to leave when I explained my hair cut to the stylist when it was evident that she could not cut short hair. She kept on asking for pictures. She gave me high lights and forgot about me for two hours why she took another appointment. She then asked me to pick another colour an hour after she started the first colour. When she did cut my hair the sides where short, but they looked very frayed and she had no clue how to texturize my hair or even to make sure everything was even. Terrible experience and my hair is fried and the high lights look like the were half finished product. Terrible experience.
