  • After having spoken with a friend who's used this service for some time, my wife and I decided to give it a try. We've been using Fit Prep for a week now and we love it. The food is prepared great, not dry, flavorful, vegetables are fresh and lots of different choices. The drivers text to let you know when they're on their way and are right on time and polite. This service has definitely made it easier to eat healthy at home and at work. I've already recommended Fit Prep to friends who are also trying to eat healthier. Thanks Fit Prep.
