I have to say this is one of my favorites of all time. We had a large group on the strip and the reservations were only made a few days before. The service was past top notch. I saw one reviewer saying that S&W is not as good as Flemings or Ruth Chris...I wouldn't even put them in the same category. First off I am a rib eye man and Ruth Chris is a Filet place IMHO. So I stayed true to my liking and did the Cajun ribeye. Flemings is just mediocre from my times there. Back to the Ribeye, this steak just simply melted in your mouth. Yes there was a lot of fat, but that is to be expected on a Prime Aged ribeye. I carefully cut around all of it while the guy who was sitting next to me (this was a coporate party of 12 people) eat every last drop of that fat. If you don't like that type of cut the some nice NY strips and nice Filet's as well.
Overall the creamed spinach is top notch, I had not ever had the mac and cheese with lobster, it was great and the asparagus were very good.
I would take this over Morton's, Flemings, RC, or just about any other chain. To do better you need to go with the one-off steak house, Peter Luger's comes to mind. There are just not many better.
Did I mention the CAJUN Ribeye? If you like some spice, this is a no brainer. If your not afraid to look like a gluton order the tomahawk one, of course it would help if you do not have to pay the bill as that is a spendy cut.
