  • Wish i could do negative stars. The worst company EVER. but it is the only internet service in my area. The second another open I'm out. They are trying to charge me $100 on a modem i sent back 3 months ago. They made me open a new acct after i was late on a bill. So they had to send me a new modem. Why??? Who flippin knows. I no longer have pics of the tracking. Why they wait so long. Then they had the nerve to hang up on me! Wow. Send me to collections. Im not paying what i returned!!!
