  • First off I want to give my thanks and an excellent review to Jesse L . After I had my Summer tuneup, my AC stopped working properly on my downstairs unit. Jesse spent many hours troubleshooting and then fixing the problem . I trust him and would definitely want him to come back and do any work necessary on my units. I am still currently in dispute with penguin air regarding my summer tune-up and have written emails and and telephoned to complain to Amanda the operations manager. I am still waiting for a response to my latest email.
