  • I bought 4.5 tons of Mexican beach pebble from them. The rocks came in 3 white bags (all equally filled to the top). I ended up only using 2 bags and had to return the 3rd bag. I assumed that the third bag was at least 1.5 tons (4.5 tons divided by 3 bags). However, today I found out that it was weighed in at just a little over a ton. I'm not sure how we lost about 900lbs of rocks. That's a whole lot to be missing and the bag shouldn't be that full. There are only two conclusions here. 1) It was not weighted properly when they sent it to me. 2) They didn't weight it properly when they got it. Anyway, it was great that they took it back. But there's a 100$ fee and 15% restocking fee and the chance of losing 900lbs of rocks. Additionally, you won't get credit right away. The rocks will sit for about a week before they weigh it and refund you. Who knows what had happened to during that week of sitting around. The people were nice. I forgive them for telling me that it was in stock and finding out that it was not available for 12 days. Unfortunately, the missing rocks leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
