I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Vince greeted me promptly the moment I drove my car into the service station. He provided me with very courteous, thorough, efficient and informative service during my visit.. I also met Lonnie the service manager (he helped me to arrange a Convenient appointment after work) to get an inspection I needed done for an axle recall notice I had received, as well as an oil change. So I got the inspection done and I actually did NOT need my axle replaced. The first Chevy service/dealer that I went to told me I did need my axle replaced and told me it would take five hours to fix, which I was dreading. And due to this location (freeway) being closer to my office I decided to come here for another inspection and had planned to get my axle replaced and then drive to work for the day during the repair... Fortunately that wasn't necessary. Lonnie showed me pictures and my axle was completely fine so I greatly appreciated his honesty and unlike the other company (autoNation), he didn't try to rip me off to make a buck. Lonnie and Vince were truly exceptional: They really worked with my schedule, which is hectic as I am a healthcare provider, and I felt that they treated me like gold and with honesty and respect. I'm really impressed with them. The next time I need service or to buy a car I will definitely be back. If you're looking for an honest company, I would recommend Freeway Chevrolet. My oil change and recall inspection took less than an hour. Probably closer to 30-45 minutes. Super fast. Keep up the good work Lonnie and Vince and thank you!! All the other staff I interacted with were very pleasant as well but I did not catch their names.
