My wife took me there yesterday 01/17/2018 for my birthday and it started out rocky. My wife had made a reservation for 1pm. We showed up a few minutes early checked in and we were told to take a seat. After watching the hostess seat 3 seperate groupd of walk-ins, and about 15 minutes later, a totally different hostess asked us if we were waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. I explained that we were not, we had a reservation. She looked embarassed and sat us immediately. As we walked in and saw several empty tables, I was not happy. Next, the bus person brought a basket of bread but no plates. After a few minutes I got up and grabbed 2 plates off of an empty table. Finally when our waiter, Julio, got the ball rolling it went smoother. We ordered a flatbread pizza for an app and the Pasta Brio for our main course. The Executive Chef took the time to personally bring us fresh warm bread and ask us about the food. Julio brought us out a complimentary piece of the marscapone cheesecake with a candle for my birthday. The excellent food made up for the piss-poor first impression. More training and oversight in those areas is much needed. They just were'nt that busy. That's why they get 4 stars.
