  • Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with there time management. After discussing the square footage of my house prior to cleaning, they walked in saying that they would not be able to do the deep clean they were scheduled for without adding additional time (and money), even before seeing the inside of the house. I went over the priorities, which I feel were ignored, and completely removed two rooms form the list. And still, they were unable to complete the cleaning. I had to go and get them to move on and get them back on track. I asked for a DEEP clean and got a basic clean at best. Also, they rearranged and left things all over which I now get to clean as well as what they never got to. The time management was so off, that I even asked if they wanted me to help, which they said no thank you. The employees themselves were very nice and polite, but I was disappointed with the service and will not be using again.
