Nicole at information was extremely rude and not very helpful. I would imagine assisting someone polite and well prepared for their visit would be a relief in a chaotic job environment. After working several years in customer service, I don't normally take down names and complain, everyone is entitled to an off day. However, you could tell she strongly hated her job everyday! I greatly suggest you make an appointment, the average wait time was two and a half hours! Luckily, I had made an appointment and had all the necessary paperwork ready. They could benefit from better organization, it being my first time there, I was at a loss on where information was to check in and which line I belonged in when I found it. I spent about 30 minutes there altogether, which wasn't too bad!
