  • The server basically stole $2 from my husband. Point is - you never pocket a customers cash change. We placed a call in pick-up order. He paid with extra and was due back change along with my sister in law's order with over $5 due back in change. The service with the cashier she basically cashed them out and picked change for both orders! Processed to leave the counter, well over 5min they waited for her to give change and utensils, ketchup etc. She avoided them. They asked her, for items by raising their voice over the crowd so she could give her attention. She then responded "oh are you waiting for change too? Let me do that" she proceeded to avoid them.. well after 10min they asked another sever for utensils and Left! How ridiculous. How can you work for a tip off a pickup order and basically steal it. Terrible
