I will not bore you with all the details, but suffice to say my car has been there a lot over the last couple of years. Every issue it goes in for results in 2-5 visits to get it fixed correctly, if at all. The service director, Doyle and service manager, Ann won't return calls and I have several unresolved issues that have been as such for over two months. I have owned many cars, although this is my first Chrysler product. I actually like the car; must have gotten a bad one. I would love to buy a new Chrysler-same model, but will not because of their service department and the distance to the nearest other Chrysler dealership. We were planning on buying our son a Charger, but will be buying him something else because of this service department. Inept technicians that are incapable of diagnosing a problem and management that doesn't care about customers. I cannot imagine under what circumstances I wouldn't call one of my clients back - EVER, but knowing that a customer has been back and forth over 25 times in the last 15 months and knowing that their car could possibly have a safety issue and remains unfixed? I was told that they ordered parts, but months later...nothing.
I will leave you with this: more than likely the service director, Doyle's refusal to return a customer's call comes from the direction and example of the dealership General Manager, Coy. I've called him twice and he too, will not return a call.
