  • We'd had a terrible accident that totalled our last car and were very fragile. Michael Acuna, our salesperson, was kind, interested, informed, personable and at no time did we feel rushed or pressured. We wanted a particular model and colour and honestly, the team went to the ends of the earth - well, okay Chicoutimi - to find the exact one. Everyone, from Shonika at the front desk (who made popcorn just for us), to Andrew the finance specialist (who gave us some investing tips), to Cherry, who had to explain how the car worked to a couple of knuckleheads was lovely. Our car was waiting for us with a huge red ribbon on top! And we got to hit the gong in the showroom before we drove it away. All in all, a terrific experience!
