Friendly staff, great TV monitors on the plane, with a unique presentation for safety. I like how they did their boarding, and how we have assigned seating. Great cookies (cinnamon) and I've never had that before. Starbucks coffee (the best I've had on a plane). Pilots and attendants were so sweet at La Guardia, they let my 12-year old son say hello, and they gave him a pin souvenir.
My only complain is that the system didn't allow me to check in from the kiosk in Phoenix, and we almost missed our flight waiting in a long line. Finally, someone directed us to the curb for check in. This saved us.
We used Phoenix, Detroit, and NYC airports, and Delta was great with these crews.
I'd fly again.
