  • My co-worker and I stay here for business and have always had a great experience. Staff is very friendly, rooms are updated and extremely clean. Pools and beach area are awesome! My only concerns are that there are extra costs between the taxes, parking and resort fee (which my company negotiated to wave, but they tried charging me anyway) and also this last time they put me in a room down on 1st fl where maintenance and housekeeping crew were constantly coming through. I should have asked for a different room upon arrival into it, but I wasn't paying attention and once I unpacked I didn't have time to move again. They did ask me how my stay was and I told them. They sent me a bottle of wine, cheese crackers and grapes! A very nice gesture
