  • I'm very upset, Michelle who works in the grooming department at the Goodyear store. She was very disrespectful. I guess petsmart changed there policy on grooming that you charge an extra $3 more on the weekend. I told Michelle' that she should inform customers of the new charge. She got very defensive with me and said if $3 is a big deal then talk to the manager. I informed her it wasn't about the money just the courtesy of letting a long time customer know. I let her know she was speaking to me very rude and she said well I didn't check her in go talk to the manager and just walked away. And was very patronizing and said have a great day.
