Wow. Phenomenal place and truly worth the wait. I had a small Lomo (6oz filet mignon) and the Calabaza Asada (roasted acorn squash, pickled cranberries, arugula, and spiced pecans). Both were delicious. The Lomo came with two crispy slices of this amazing bread that you could dip in four sauces as well as a nice side salad. But about that filet - it was absolutely incredible. The steak was so tender and the flavor had thoroughly been marinated into the meat. And the Calabaza Asada was nice too - the acorn squash formed this lovely bowl for the arugula salad. The smokiness of the pecans and the acidity of the cranberries provided the perfect complements to the sweet squash. The restaurant was packed to the door, and for a reason. I was very happy with my experience here.
