  • This complex is absolutely gorgeous!! Acres of green grass, hills and trees and clean blue pools! We have super great neighbors, extremely friendly office staff and maintenance team! This complex is in a very beautiful neighborhood! Gina, one of the very great managers here, showed us the units when we were looking to move. She was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable, upbeat and patient with our many questions about the complex. Her customer service and people skills are exceptional! We can't be any happier on our decision to move here! We are in the heart of North Phoenix! We are close to everything! Hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. The complex is directly across the street from a Community Center and just minutes away from the Desert Ridge Marketplace. It's also a very kid and pet friendly complex and community! I highly recommend living here! I also enjoy the fun events for residents they put together during special Holiday's and give gifts and food at the office for the neighbors to mingle on other special occasions.
