Ordered a package through Zara with express shipping ( an extra $25 ) to get here within 2 days. Expected delivery was "supposedly" April 2nd, however, nothing was ever received or even updated on their website/tracking number. Today is now April 4th and I called their customer service line, only to be told they lost my package and I would need to call Zara to get a replacement. Immediately following my phone call with OnTrac I called Zara, and they said I would need a confirmation email from OnTrac proving they had lost the package. Now annoyed; I gave OnTrac a call and reached a new customer service representative who stated the delivery date was NOW APRIL 10th and they had no recollection of saying my package was lost.... Not sure how this company can stay afloat with lack of communication, organization or ability to stay truthful to those they service.
