  • I liked Tower City when it was first built. it was bright and shiny and cheerful- particularly during the winter holidays. After returning to Cleveland after 5 years away, the place still looks good to me. It's clean, has a variety of stores for a range of shoppers, and because the Rapid station has a hub there, all kinds of people come and go. I love that the film festival takes place there and would love to see more cultural events occur at this site.
