  • I can't say enough good things about this office! They have an amazing balance of professionalism and kind, genuinely caring customer service. Dr. Poremba is so patient (I get pretty anxious during procedures) and it always feels like he's taking his time to be thorough in both conversations and his actual procedures. His entire staff is kind, and does a great job. On another note, I also have a lot of respect for the way they run the financial side of their business. Richard (he's at the front) always sits me down and explains my out of pocket cost for every item and gives me a print out so I always know exactly what my cost will be at the next visit. They do a great job with scheduling - they take me back before or at my appointment time and have me out quickly. Like I said, I can't say enough. Thank you for your excellent care!
