  • Jim, Kyle and the whole San Diego VIP team had their work cut out for them. They swooped in when our other loan went South and from start to finish and in just 3 weeks time, got us approved and closed our loan. The team was always available, we never felt like an inconvenience, which is how our other Lender made us feel. They know the business of lending in and out, and had anticipated any possible hurdles well in advance so we weren't left scrambling to provide documents. My real estate agent was so impressed with VIP that he is putting them on his preferred list of mortgage brokers to provide to his clients. The escrow and title company were also just as impressed at their constant attention to detail. Thank you Jim, Kyle, Alana and the entire VIP team, you're the best in the biz!
