  • Update: Do not rent here!!!! You will get 0 consideration. They lack respect and integrity. You can hear everything outside from inside your apt. Every day early in the morning I was awaken by landscapers/lawn guys constantly blowing, mowing. I never understood why. There's barely any grass. I had a serious complaint the first two months I was there, due to numerous notes on my car and door that were threatening in nature by management. These were proved to be deliberate lies and harassment from the manager at the time. I contacted GSC, they were unprofessional,condescending, arrogant, and rude. Just last month they sent me a 'no cause' vacate letter. my least ended Nov. 30. I was moving anyway. I was just waiting to close on a house. Do not rent at any properties managed by GSC!
