rev:text	My mom and I bought a car for myself here. We had a wonderful sales representative (Rita) who took great care of us. She wasn't the same person my mom had spoken to beforehand when first looking for a car. She was just the presenter for when we came to pick it up, but she was great and the sole reason for this 4 star review. Everything was great to begin with, we waited for 10-15min when we first arrived but that's expected. The staff at the front were also very kind and helpful people. After meeting Rita and going outside for Rita to present the car and take it home there were 2 problems which is why I took off a star. #1 was the Navigation system was not installed even though my mom had agreed to have it included as apart of the deal that they had agreed on. This wasn't a huge problem as they just needed to get a small chip and insert it but it did waste some time. #2 was about the deal my mom and the dealership had agreed on as well. Winter tires that were already on the car were to stay on and my mom negotiated that the all season set of tires also be included, which we could take home. They completely forgot about this for some reason and did not have the tires ready for us. They had to go across the street to Gyro Mazda to pick up the tires and then load them in the car. Took maybe another hour. However, all the staff did handle everything very well and were very accommodating for us. Everyone apologized and I understand that everyone makes mistakes. It's just how you deal with them :) I would recommend this dealership (especially Rita) to any of my friends!
