Took my RECALLED Simplicity crib back. Manager says its "not on their list." Told her its on the GOVERNMENT'S consumer protective services site. The site says Target, Walmart & Babies R Us HAVE TO issue a refund. Manager's attitude sucked, she couldnt care less while her sidekick stood there smiling like it was some joke. Then she says, "Im not lying." Did I ask if you were lying?? Im not lying either girly. Maybe if you have a brain, look at the government site, lose the nonchalant attitude and start apologizing....Ya know, real customer service. At least be like "i'm sorry I would love to but my hands are tied by the company..." Nothing but annoyed attitude that continued to piss me off. Thats how Target treats their customers? This is what they hire and they pick and choose what recalls to put in their system so that they don't have to issue the recall? The GOVERNMENT says otherwise. I will be calling corporate on this HORRIBLE service as well as consumer protective- as if the charade of not having the recall "on their list" wasnt bad enough-I've got one manager with a terrible customer service attitude & the other moron with the nerve to be smirking and smiling while we got madder. Keep it up Target- after that transgender bathroom debacle your sales are going way down. The quality of people you hire is obviously another reason.
