  • I have never dealt with a company so incapable before. I have paid them every single month and can prove it through bank statements yet I am still getting letters threatening to terminate coverage! When I call them about the issue they tell me it was a mistake and that I do have coverage. When I log into my account though, the websites says I no longer have coverage. I have no idea what to believe. This is so unacceptable. DO NOT ENROLL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They clearly have no idea what they are doing. Thank God I have never needed to actually use their insurance. I bet that would be another hellish nightmare. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
