  • Had a big box RO system that was only two years old that did not work well.. Called Mike @ Rain. He and his office staff were great. The first unit they put in was defective. When I called they were very responsive, made me feel that my concerns were of the utmost of importance to them. Mike had his team respond almost immediately. Kyle and Doug went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and the unit worked properly. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for! As a former Maintenance Director, now too old to do my own work, I highly recommend this company!
