  • The worst experience of my entire life!! The customer service was so horrendous I just can't believe it! The two desk clerks Angela and Latonya have to be the rudest, most unhappy workers there are. Place was so dirty, carpets, office chair shower curtain was ripped and had holes in. The hallway probably hadn't been vacuumed since 2015. All these incidentals could of been looked over if the price wasn't so high. But the overall experience was so much worse due to the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the two workers who went out of their way to make things unpleasant and not helpful in anyway. It made us very uncomfortable staying here and we feared for our safety. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
