  • I was referred here after something that required further investigation was found at a previous mammogram from a mobile provider that came to work. Making my appointment was simple and when I arrived the front desk was incredibly efficient. In fact they called me back before I finished my health history screening questionnaire. They took me to a changing area, gave me a gown, had me select a locker, and then I sat down to wait. She had told me the wait would take about 10 minutes because they had to pull up my images that I brought with me. I didn't watch the clock but I didn't even wait the full 10 minutes before bringing me back for my mammogram. I then sat and waited for the results and within a few minutes they let me know they would be doing an ultrasound and then took me in a room for that just moments later. Everything was just so efficient and they did an amazing job of communicating. I was so worried I was going to walk out of there and have to wait to hear from my own doctor but they gave me my results right away and sent me out the door with good news. I can't stress enough how wonderful their friendly and efficient processes made such a difference in making such a difficult appointment so much easier to get through. Their communication from start to finish really helped put me at ease.
