  • Reading these recent reviews, I'm glad to see that I wasn't the only one thinking the same thing: nice building, great maintenance staff, but horrible management. I lived there for two years, till August of this year. I've seen three different managers, and they're all terrible. The last one, who's working there in August 2017, was by far the worst. They have no idea what it means to be professional and courteous. The package pick-up system is a joke, especially when you keep changing the concierge hours. Do you know there are always packages left outside the building by Amazon on the weekends, sometime even when it's raining? The trash room is also a health hazard. Have you, the managers, seen it on the weekends? And why is there no recycling bin on each floor? It's a shame. The building itself is great and cozy, but the managers are entirely clueless. Look elsewhere.
