  • I am not impressed by this agency or their policies. Before doing any work on my trip they had me come in and give my credit card information and passports. Okay fair enough. But then when an alternate agency contacted me with a itinerary, I called this agency to see if they could provide me with the remaining details and price for my trip, because thus far they had only provided me with suggested hotels. I wanted to compare apples to apples and give this agency a chance to earn my business. In fact, I preferred this agency because they were local compared to an online agency. Unfortunately, when I called to get the rest of my trip details so that I could compare, the agent was rude to me and stated that it was wrong of me to compare two quotes and to have contacted another agency! She also stated that usually they require a $150 deposit before they even start to work on a trip which she had waved and that she had already put a $150 dollars worth of work into my trip and was not willing to do any more work on it. She made me feel like I had done something wrong by comparing two quotes, while in reality I had contacted the other agency first and I then contacted this one because I hadn't heard back from the other which was online. I really don't see what I did wrong by trying to get and compare two quotes. Isn't that what is called doing business? I also didn't appreciate the scolding or being made to feel like I some how did something wrong. I DID NOT sign a contract stating that I won't get quotes from others, this is ridiculous to think that one would not comparison shop. Total snobs!
