  • Worst customer service ever!!! We are a dealer for them and have been on the phone with them for almost 2 weeks and have gotten now 4 different stories as to when we would be receiving our parts they told the last time we spoke that we would have our parts tomorrow. Still no parts and now nobody is answering the phone at the shop. Will not be recommending them in the future. If you absolutely must have your parts Diamond cut plan on waiting at least a month.
