  • Very disappointed in this company. Called on a Friday around 12 PM and was told a dumpster would be delivered to a job site. They emailed over all paperwork right away, and I returned RIGHT AWAY. Here it is Monday, the dumpster was never delivered, and they never called to explain or reschedule. I call to make sure we are not charged and it is not going to be delivered whenever they decided to. The woman I spoke to seemed very careless. She said that I called in AFTER HOURS (I called around 12 noon) , and in order to guarantee same day delivery, the call needs to be received before 11 AM....... even though I did confirm with her that it would be delivered same day.. NEEDLESS TO SAY, do not use this company. there are many other dumpster and haul off companies in the Valley that are much more reliable. Even if you are in a time crunch as I was, it may just be better to wait for another company to become available.
