Rude rude rude!
So Honda has been very aggressive and trying to get our cr-v in for recall. We got a call from Honda to bring the car in right away for the airbag recall and if parts were not available we would be provided with a free courtesy vehicle. Instead were sent away because they have a three week backlog on parts. Okay that's not a problem.
The treating me with rudeness as if it's my fault that Honda has killer airbags is not acceptable customer service. That's right Honda left a voicemail for is telling us that people are being killed by their air bags and we have a service rep that tells me I need to call in every week to see if the parts are available.
I'm sorry, you call me when the parts are available. And don't treat me as if I'm the one in inconveniencing you... It's your job to treat your customers well.
