  • We have been going here regularly for years as we live close by and it's convenient. Tonight when I was in I picked up a bottle of Oyster Bay Rose, $15. When I got to the cash the guy asked for $19. I told him the price was different than that listed below the bottle, I even showed him the tag that clearly said $15.86 with the exact name of that wine and size of bottle. They had another tag at $18 something on the other side of the shelf. It's only a few dollars but the fact that he refused to honour the price listed is absurd. Basic customer service. Lost a loyal customer and gets a bad review because he couldn't bring himself to lose $3. TONS of liquor stores in Kensington.
