  • Horrible service! We called because our garage door would only close when manually holding down the wall button. They came out said one of the wires on our sensor on the ground was bad, fixed it and the door was. working fine. The man then called his boss to let him know the issue had been resolved. Then he said he needed to lube our track and adjust the door speed (no idea why the door was working just fine) All of a sudden after fidgeting with the motor the door completely stopped working and he said we would need to replace the whole thing and attempted to charge us $700 for a new system! We said no and got a second opinion from another company(F&J's Az) who was able to fix the door after uncrossing the wires the man from door doctor had been moving around. This company is a scam! I would recommend calling elsewhere!
