  • LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I recently was looking for a few different cars through TruCar, one of them being a Hyundai Elantra. After receiving calls from several sales men including Bill Johnson from Chapman Hyundai, I decided to go with a Toyota. Their SALES MANAGER saw it appropriate to follow up with an email saying "good luck with your crappy warranty." First of all I have a large family and we may choose to purchase cars of whatever variety we like for years to come but I promise you it won't be with a dealership that employs such a boneheaded jackass.
