  • Yep, they are 5 ***** good and dependable, and completely work to accomodate your weird schedule. And they keep the bugs away. They can text and email you reminders and do if you want. I suppose they would call if you ask too. We get the same guy each time, James, a nice family man we trust. (You may get someone else but I would guess he or she is just as good). He also answers all of my weird bug-related concerns about spiders, rats, roaches, kids, etc. We have only lived here two years, so I am curious. The price is right and the Yelp discount deal is a deal. They do termite extermination too, but we haven't needed it. When you call their offices, each time, they are truly friendly and accomodating.
