Yum. Easily the best sushi in downtown Cleveland, and I love how it's tucked away in Tremont. Unfortunately for Ginko, I moved to Cleveland from San Diego, where there were virtually 12 sushi restaurants within a mile from my house. While Ginko may have the best in downtown Cleveland, if you're a visitor who is used to sushi, you may not be impressed (but! you won't be unimpressed either! You'll be neutral.)
The decor is pretty good (especially the running-water bar!), but sometimes there is some WEIRD stuff playing on TV. I get that it's Japanese shows or animation, but I feel like it could be better tuned to the atmosphere.
Cocktails are great as well - definitely some unusual combinations.
It IS on the pricey side, for not all that much food compared to some other sushi places. But you get what you pay for.
