Sadly like most Home Depot stores available staff are hard to find and even harder to get attentive service from once you do locate them. Expect to wander back and forth around half the store looking for someone.
Inquiries regarding the location of specific items are often simply met with "Other side of the store", "Aisle 16, I think" or "Thats not my department". Also I have stood there numerous times waiting for groups of staff to finish non work related discussions before being acknowledged only to be sent via finger point to the "other side of the store". Staff product knowledge often just includes reading the box or package to you. I can do that myself thanks.
Still HD is not as bad as the worst offender for that type of blase customer service. That shameful distinction easily belongs to Canadian Tire which I avoid all together now.
