Absoutely ridiculous poor service. Have a pathfinder with 15K on it. 4 wheel drive stops working. Take it in, they need to order the part, it will be 2 days. I say just keep the car and i will pick it up when it is done. The response is it will be $50 a day to store the car??? I pick it up and get told they will call when the part comes in. A month goes by with no call. I follow up with them and yes i can arrange to bring it in this week. when i show up in the morning to drop it off I am told that there is poor documentation so did I know what part was needed??? I then get a work order to sign that is for an oil change/service, oops wrong sheet. I get called back, it isnt the sensor it is now the computer. Out of fairness after talking to the service manager he offers not to charge to keep the vehicle there, but lets be real, at this point would you go back to gert the work finished at this dealership??? Brutal!
