  • I would never stay in this hotel again. One of the front desk receptionist's was rude and condescending. We tried to explain to her that the night light in the bathroom wasn't working nor would the tub drain. She replied with a flip comment asking whether we even used the light. Yes, we do- that is how we know it wasn't working. Seriously?! I member in my party has to get up at night to take medicine, so yes we use the light. She seemed annoyed that anyone was talking to her. Then why does she work the front desk?! She also said a few other comments which I will not leave in this post. Terrible stay. She should be fired.
