I lived at the Vintage for 3 years. Before the property management company changed about a year ago I really had no major complaints. One of the girls in the office was very sweet and professional (Kim) the others not so much. I experienced troubles with a defective gate key and would have to be buzzed in after being questioned as to who I was from the office. (I was a paying tenant) Finally after about 2 months I was given a working one! I had two cars at one point and parked one in the open spots. I was harassed by the tow company every other day because my car wouldn't move. I had to explain to the office I can only drive one car a day and that I didn't see others with multiple cars harassed and both of my cars were registered! The property layout and landscaping is very nice and the rent reasonable. Over the last year crime became a factor in my decision to move. Upon moving out I tried reaching the property manager (called 4-5 times) to discuss what I was being charged for. After calling a 6th time I received a half assed explanation. Customer service goes a long way. Nice property, Bad management!
