  • My appointment set was for 90 minute massage session for myself and sister, I requested for a deep tissue massage and let me just say the "therapist" / masseuse really did not know what she was doing. My massage session was only 60 minutes instead of the 90 minutes I paid for. The lady at the receptionist desk even confirmed with me that I was out early. I still went ahead and tipped the therapist coz I understand that's how she makes her money though the services were poor. The receptionist informed there is nothing she would do, so I called and left a message for the manager. She eventually called me back apologized but her way of trying to resolve the issue was to try and get me back for another massage session at the "introductory rate". I asked her why I would want to come back to that location after the services I received and she couldn't answer. The bark starts from the top, and I can tell the location is poorly managed, all they care about is about the all mighty dollar $$. Stay away from this place.
