  • Reason: SAME SBC 2017 Positives: - Can't say enough about the staff here! Everyone I had any interaction with was over-the-top friendly and helpful. Most notable was the shuttle driver who took me downtown to the conference center even though they advertise local rides only. He was one example, but everyone else was on the same level. - They do a free item from the market as the elite rewards member gift. Nice! - Room was comfortable, dark, and quiet for sleeping. - Good water pressure! It's a big deal when you have a lot of hair... Negatives: - Could use some updating. - Housekeeping wasn't the greatest. The room was clean enough but the didn't replenish my microwave popcorn and I'm pretty sure they opened my door at 9:30 on check-out day even though I had the come back later sign on the door. This is a pet peeve! Would I stay here again: Yes.
