  • I wish you could give negative stars! Camelback Ford has the absolute worst customer service of any dealership I have ever purchased a car from. buy here only if you get a great deal and don't plan on bringing your car back in for any kind of service after the purchase totally and completely dissatisfied with this dealership....have given them multiple chances to deliver a good customer experience and again today they fell short I called in advance today to ask about an oil change told them I didn't want to wait around all day was told to bring it on in they would book me an appointment oil change and rotation takes about 1.5 hrs I'm thinking a little long but needs to be done I bring the car in greeted by Mike Vu the service guy I talked to on the phone filled out the papers and was told they would get it right in just over an hour later Mike comes out to tell me that there are still 3 people ahead of me and it would be at least another hour before they get to me I know from previous experience that this means it will be at least 2 hrs and then 1.5 hrs for the actual work to be completed. Couldn't I have been told this when I first brought the car in or better yet when I called on the phone to inquire how busy they were? needless to say my car did not get an oil change today.... after getting my car back I went over to the Lincoln side where I purchased my car because I had a question about the extended warranty I had purchased A nice young gentleman there was able to pull up a sheet about the purchase but could not give me any details about the warranty he said I would have to walk over to the ford side and speak with a finance manager so I go to the ford side and speak to the receptionist I explain that I I was sent over from the Lincoln side and what and why I needed to speak to a finance manager about she said she would get someone and to have a seat 20 mins go by with nothing....perhaps someone could have told me they were all busy and it would be a while or maybe take my information and have someone get the information I was wanting and email it to me??? do people and businesses have an off day? sure they do and I understand that but this is an example of the experience I receive here each and every time I come in will I bring my car here for anything that is not warranty related? NEVER will I bring my car here for warranty work? even though it pains me I will most likely pay the $100 deductible that is required if I take it to another dealership will I ever buy another car here?? ABSOLUTELY NOT EVER NEVER
