  • YUM! My husband and I were in Las Vegas for the weekend in September. We were driving down to the strip on Saturday night when we spotted a strip mall full of different restaurants to pick from (Japanese, Korean BBQ, and Mexican). I'm kicking myself but I cannot remember the name of the dish that I ordered. It was a chicken and jack fruit dish. (The veggies were described as being artichoke like.) I gobbled down all my food and was sad there wasn't more of it. The next time I go to Vegas, I'm stopping by to order something else off of the gigantic menu. xoxox
