  • Customer service for me when was not at all busy was 5/5 I went at opening 12 noon on a Tuesday to avoid any possibility of a wait and I was successful. I entered and was promptly greeted by an employee and told to give them just a minute to get organized, no problem as I stated they had just opened for the day. My order was taken just a few moments later. Ice cream flavor/presentation 5/5 I went with the large size Rice Krispie treats flavor. It was roughly $6 and some change after tax. The ice cream was delicious and to my surprise there was Rice Krispies in each and every bite of ice cream, which is a huge plus. I thought the size/price was decent a large was plenty to satisfy me and I can put away some ice cream. Of course there is gonna be some air/space in your cup and between the rolls due to the nature of their product so I'm not sure what others are complaining about there. Can you find cheaper ice cream sure, can you find better ice cream sure, but I was very happy with their rolled up design and unique product. I would definitely go back. Now the bad the decor/interior 3/5! You can tell they painted the walls bright colors but there was a black strip across the entire length of the wall that needed attention, it wasn't dirt but looked like a stain or something that just needed to be fixed/repainted. Their is almost no seating there are several chairs by themselves and one table with chairs inside and one table and chairs outside. The counter that the employees are working behind also looked dirty and in need of painting, not the work area but the front of the counter the customer sees. Overall they have a good and unique product and I was very pleased with it, I can't comment on customer service during peak hours or near closing but when I went it was excellent.
